Shelby Chrisman-Forza is preparing for her third year as head coach of the Eureka women's soccer team.

On Sept. 27, 2019 she picked up her first collegaite win with a 3-2 victory at Lincoln Christian, marking the Red Devils' first win in three seasons.

During the COVID-shortened spring 2021 season, the team notched its first multi-win campaign since 2015. The Red Devils scored two historic shutouts over Blackburn. The first, a 1-0 win over the Beavers on March 17, marked the first Eureka women's soccer victory in a St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference match since Oct. 13, 2015 and the first win over Blackburn since Nov. 4, 2013. It was also Chrisman-Forza's first SLIAC win and first win at home – and the team's first-ever at McKinzie Field.

Christman-Forza became the fifth head coach in program history on May 13, 2019 after serving nearly three years on the NCAA Division III Piedmont College coaching staff in Demorest, Georgia. She started as graduate assistant in 2015 and was the assistant coach from 2017 to 2018.

During her time at Piedmont, the women's team went 50-8-5, winning back-to-back USA South Conference Tournament titles in 2015-2016, a regular-season league title in 2017, and receiving two conference Player of the Year honorees, one Rookie of the Year honor and 22 all-conference selections.

At Piedmont, she was responsible for recruiting potential student-athletes, organizing team travel, helping manage the program budget, monitoring classroom and academic progress, designing and implementing a strength conditioning programs and handling digital content for team viewing.

Prior to coming to Eureka, Chrisman-Forza coached club soccer in Gainesville, Georgia, organizing training sessions, mentoring athletes and monitoring their progress.

A native of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Chrisman-Forza attended and played soccer at NCAA Division II Wingate University in Wingate, North Carolina from 2009 to 2012.

At Wingate, she led her team to the South Atlantic Conference Tournament title in 2011 and made back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances in 2011 and 2012.

During her junior and senior seasons, the Bulldog went 30-7-2. She recorded the match-winning goal in the 2011 SAC Championship against Lenoir-Rhyne and received first-team all-conference honors after recording seven goals and five assists as a forward in 2012. She was also on the Wingate track and field team for three years, winning a Southeast Regional team championship in 2012.

Chrisman-Forza graduated from Wingate in 2013 with a bachelor's degree of science in sports management, and received a master's of business administration at Piedmont in 2017.

Before she joined the Piedmont staff, she coached club soccer in Ontario and played for the Pickering Power in the Ontario Women's Soccer League in 2014. That season, she led the Central Division in scoring with 13 goals in 14 matches while leading her team to an 11-3 record.
