EC Cross Country Releases 2021-22 Recruiting Class

EUREKA – Eureka College cross country coach Chris Robinson announced the addition of eight members to the program on Thursday.

The recruiting class includes seven freshmen and one senior. The seven freshmen are all newcomers to Eureka College, while the senior is already a Eureka student. Five are women and three are men runners who will join the first five returners who joined the squad in the program's first year since it was relaunched in 2020.

"Coach Ian (Cummings) and I are really excited to welcome in our eight new Red Devil student-athletes," Robinson said. "Each one of them will bring unique personalities to the team, but they all share a willingness to work hard and support each other. They are going to help us continue to build on the great foundation laid by Riley (Reuter), Callie (Aten), Javy (Garcia), Bryce (Logsdon), and Alex (Benson) last year. The future is bright!"
