Milsteadt, who had already been named to D3hoops.com's All-Region 8 Second Team and selected St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Year, was chosen Second Team All-District by the National Association of Basketball Coaches.

This season, Milsteadt led all SLIAC scorers for the second straight year, averaging 18 points per game and totaling 467 points while shooting 44.6 percent from the field in 26 games. He was second in the league in free-throw percentage (86 percent) and made the second-most total free throws on the season, putting away 104 of 121 tries.

Milsteadt led the Red Devils (15-12, 10-4 SLIAC) to a second-place finish in the league and helped them reach the SLIAC Tournament semifinals. He became the 26th player in program history to score 1,000 points as a Red Devil in a 72-63 SLIAC Tournament quarterfinal victory over Principia. He also put himself in the record book by scoring the second-most points in program history in a single game when he dropped 50 in a pivotal 95-93 comeback win over Blackburn.

He ranks third in program history in career free-throw percentage at 84.1 percent and is 10th with 43 blocked shots in 62 games.
