Jaxson Provost Named to Lopata Classic All-Tournament Team

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Eureka's Jaxson Provost (Kankakee, Ill./Bishop McNamara) has been named to the Lopata Classic All-Tournament Team.

Provost delivered strong performances in both games of the two-day event. In Friday's opener against WashU, he posted 10 points, 4 rebounds, and 1 assist. He followed that with a team-leading effort in Saturday's consolation game against UW-Whitewater, finishing with 12 points, 3 assists, and 1 steal.

Provost currently leads the SLIAC in total points (78) and ranks second in points per game (19.5).

He joins Anthony Przybilla (MVP) and Connor May of WashU, Corey Thompson and Angel Johnson of St. Thomas (Texas), and Collin Madson of UW-Whitewater on the All-Tournament Team.

Provost and the Red Devils return to action tomorrow at 7 p.m. when they travel to Knox.
