EUREKA, Ill. – The Eureka wrestling teams hosted Southeastern on Friday night, with the women falling 37-2 before the men responded with a 48-12 victory.

The women's dual opened the evening, with Krisean Buchana delivering Eureka's first point of the day despite an 18-8 loss by tech fall. The men's dual featured a strong showing from Eureka, beginning with forfeit victories from Connor Lane, Brandon Garner, and Billy Tucker. Jake Adamson was the first to compete on the mat, falling by pin in 2:00, but Alex Muhammad answered immediately with a victory by fall in 1:23. Sargent Maubauch, Tyren Moore, Patrick Fields, and Weston Swise all secured victories via forfeit, helping guide the Red Devils to a commanding win.

Between the women's and men's duals, Eureka honored its four seniors – Jaylah Campbell, Billy Tucker, Jake Adamson, and Alex Muhammad – thanking them for their contributions to the program. Head Coach Eric Biehl added, "Senior night is always fun. We celebrated a great group of seniors tonight!"
